Gage had his 5 yr. check up today. He had to get 3 separate shots. He did sooo good. He didn't cry but said it hurt and didn't want anymore shots. Understandable. Dr. Gavigan did say that he has 2 different heart murmurs. Which is no big deal, except my brother has a rare heart disease called Brugada's syndrome. And it is a hereditary disease prevalent in males. She is calling a cardiologist to see what he says. Dr. Gavigans says that the cardio dr will probably want to see Gage. Steve said that we all need to be tested anyway.
I also got the name of the virus that Gage has. It is something that is not affecting him, just me. Its called Molluscum Contagiosum. Thats a mouth full!!!
And on top of all that Dr. Gavigan said that when Gage did a sample drawing and writing for her, his hand trembled. She said not to worry about that, just keep an eye on it. Well, it was a busy day.
