- Air conditioning. I am reading "The Work and the Glory" and I really cant imagine having to cook and do all of everything that people had to do in the 1800's or pre-air conditioning. The clothes alone would kill me.
- food. We may not have much of anything right now, but I am able to go and fix something to eat, enough to share with my neighbor. That is satisfaction, sharing.
- my children. I have a reason to get up in the morning.
- my senses. As I watch my husband struggle on a daily basis with the loss of his eyesight, I am thankful that I help him.
- knowledge, to know if I live my life according to God's commandments, I will return to him with my family one day.

What a wonderful list. I am grateful for air conditioning too. I often imagine what it must've been like to live most of Earth's existence without it. I am glad to be alive now.
Your kids are just darling. I love the pictures. Gage is big and as cute as ever. He and Reilly were such cute babies together.
I'm glad you are blogging.
