Ronald

We have arrived here at the Ronald McDonald House. What a nice facility. It really is like being at home. The people are so nice. Right now we are in one of the living rooms. They have a TV big enough for Forrest to see and Gage is taking this rare opportunity to play a video game. The computer is in here as well. We just came from the kitchen and had a snack. A group of girls from ECU came in and are cooking dinner for everyone.
The doctors office visit this morning was a waste and the doctor said as much. It is something that the hospital makes her do. We were done in 5 min.
The house has an outdoor basketball hoop and Gage loves that. There is a playroom and a host of books, puzzles, games and movies. We are lucky. Will keep you updated!

I'm such a big fan of the Ronald McDonald House. We were blessed to be able to stay there while R was in "feeding school" last year.

Good luck with the stuff you guys are doing for Gage. Don't let the docs push ya around! ;)

Sorry you are so far away from Raleigh; it would have been great to see you. I have the feeling that we'll be able to come and visit someday... not in the far future either. Don't know when, but we certainly plan on it. M is doing better every day, in small increments.

Love from us to all of you guys.

Hey Liverman's! It's your neighbors! I am glad that you had a safe trip and have settled in at the Ronald Mc house. We are sending all of our positive thoughts your way! Gage is such a great kid. Roger just loves him, as do Jill and I. Good Luck!

Love and Hugs,
The Nelson's

We did love the Ronald McDonald house. We also stayed there when Reilly was hospitalized for 2 weeks at 15 months old. What a blessing it is.
