Sydney's last soccer game was on saturday. It was a tied game. This picture is of her and Kristen on the left (her best friend) and Amber on the right, duh! Gage had fun playing cars and transformers with the "brothers" of the girls on the team.
Alice and Wayne got to finally come home from Chapell Hill last week. She is doing so much better. The do have to go their once a week and Greenville once a week. But, they are home. I have some pictures from sunday when we went there, but they are not very good. so I am not posting them.
My kids we so good to me for mothers day! Friday Sydney made a pineapple upside down cake for my mother, who came to stay with us for the weekend. Saturday, the kids dressed in their best clothes. Set the table with a slice of cake, lemonaide and strawberries dipped in homemade chocolate, that sydney made. They served us, then they sang us a mothers day song while Sydney played the keyboard. Very nice. Then, they had the sitting room darkened and each chair was set for a private movie and Gage massaged my feet and wanted to paint my toenail, but we had to go, darn. Sydney took care of my mom.
Sunday, I got to sleep in. When I got up I went to the bathroom in my room. At the same time, the kids and Forrest came in with a tray of pancakes that Sydney made and bacon and muffins, all made by Sydney. They brought it to me in the bathroom with me sitting on the toilet!!! It was quite funny.
It was a great weekend and glad that mom got to be a part of it.
